Is My Order Secure?
Yes, all of our orders are processed over a secure internet server which is among the most secure available. All of your information will be encrypted using our SSL (Secure Socket Layer) software which is a standard among e-commerce websites today. We believe that this method of processing private information is even more secure than over a phone or fax.
What Payment Methods Do You Offer?
We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover) as well as PayPal. At this time we do not accept checks or money orders.
How Long Will it Take to Get My Order
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped the next day. Items are usually received within 5-7 business days of the purchase date.
Shipping
Our shipping is generally via UPS Ground in the United States. We ship for free within the continental United States. We are also able to ship most products to Canada for an additional fee. See our home page for details. Shipping to Canada will generally be via USPS. Occasionally our suppliers may choose another method of shipping. If this is the case you will not be asked to pay any additional shipping charges. For all orders, you will receive, via email, a tracking number as well as the name of the shipping company.
International Shipping
At this time we regret that we do not offer shipping outside the continental United States and Canada.

Return & Refund Policy
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. We will work with you to resolve any issues with our products. We will accept returns within 7 days of completed delivery but first ask that you contact us at
orders@MyChessPieces.com. Our standard policies are described below.
Shipping damage:
If an item is damaged in shipping, we put in a claim to the shipper and ask you to assist us in keeping the box, packing materials etc. Once the claim is filed we will replace the item for you.
Defective Item:
If an item has a manufacturer defect we will replace or refund. In the case of missing or duplicate items (for example: chess pieces), we will supply needed pieces at no charge. We will send you a prepaid UPS label to ship the item back to the supplier's warehouse. With the return label you can give the return item to a UPS driver or drop at any UPS store. Refunds will be made back to the credit card you used to purchase the item(s).
Customer Dissatisfaction:
If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can return it for a full refund, less shipping charges. The item must be returned undamaged and we'll ask you to pay for return shipping. Refunds will be made back to the credit card you used to purchase the item(s).
Chess Piece Replacement:
We will replace chess pieces as needed over time (subject to availability) for a nominal charge. The charge per piece depends on the set, and we'll ask you to pay for shipping.
