Is My Order Secure?
 Yes, all of our orders are processed over a secure internet server which is among the most secure available. All of your information will be encrypted using our SSL (Secure Socket Layer) software which is a standard among e-commerce websites today. We believe that this method of processing private information is even more secure than over a phone or fax.
What Payment Methods Do You Offer?
We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express & Discover) as well as PayPal. At this time we do not accept checks or money orders.
How Long Will it Take to Get My Order
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped the next day. Items are usually received within 5-7 business days of the purchase date. Certain suppliers make take longer to ship their items but we will note that information in the specific product listing.
We source products from a variety of suppliers. As a result our shipping process can vary from product to product. For some products we are able to offer a full range of Standard, Expedited and Overnight options as well as International Delivery. There are some products where only domestic delivery to the United States is possible. If you have any questions about our ability to ship any product please do not hesitate to contact us.
For all orders, you will receive, via email, a tracking number as well as the name of the shipping company.


Return & Refund Policy
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. We will work with you to resolve any issues with our products. We will accept returns within 30 days of completed delivery but first ask that you contact us at Our standard policies are described below.
Shipping damage or Defective Item
If you receive a damaged item, either through shipping or a manufacturer defect we will ship you out a replacement or offer a refund for the full amount of the product. Because we work with a variety of suppliers our actual return process will vary by supplier. In any case, we'll work with the supplier on your behalf to ensure that a defective product is replaced or you get a full refund. If you have any questions regarding our return policy in advance of a purchase please contact us.
Customer Dissatisfaction:
If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can return it for a full refund. The item must be returned undamaged and we'll ask you to pay for return shipping. Refunds will be made back to the credit card you used to purchase the item(s). Some of our suppliers impose a restocking fee for products that are returned. Chess Piece Replacement:
We will replace chess pieces as needed over time (subject to availability) for a nominal charge. The charge per piece depends on the set, and we'll ask you to pay for shipping.
